Deposits are credited to your heibaji account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is immediate. • Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits.
• Depositing via a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing heibaji staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider (chargebacks).

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting heibaji support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform the support team so that appropriate measures can be applied. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
