Heibaji Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the heibaji platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By creating an account on heibaji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out below.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one heibaji account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or by accident — will be merged or closed. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided and the accounts may be permanently suspended without notice.

Deposits and Withdrawals

03 Account Registration

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This means choosing a strong password, not sharing your login details with anyone, and logging out of your account when using a shared or public device. Heibaji will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Account Verification: Heibaji may require you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before your first withdrawal. 04 Deposits and Payments

Deposits are credited to your heibaji account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is immediate.   • All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Heibaji does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to another person.

  • Heibaji does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
  • Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support as quickly as possible if you believe you have made an incorrect deposit.
Third-Party Payments: Depositing funds from an account that does not belong to you is a breach of these Terms. Any account found to be using third-party payment methods will be suspended pending investigation, and funds may be withheld until the source of the deposit is verified.
05 Withdrawals

Heibaji processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source. Withdrawals to a different method may be considered in exceptional circumstances at heibaji's discretion.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section of your account. Heibaji aims to process the majority of withdrawals quickly, but processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games are always stated in the individual bonus terms.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on heibaji use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently tested to ensure that results are genuinely random and not influenced by the platform, the player's account history, bet size, or any other external factor.

  • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
  • Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or any game.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits.
  • Depositing via a payment method that does not belong to you.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate heibaji transaction is considered fraud. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended immediately and the disputed amount will be recovered from any remaining balance. Heibaji reserves the right to pursue recovery through legal means where necessary.
09 Account Suspension and Closure

Heibaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. This includes — but is not limited to — accounts that have breached these Terms, accounts under investigation for suspicious activity, and accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email where possible. Heibaji will conduct an investigation and communicate the outcome to you. If the suspension is found to be in error, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released promptly.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting heibaji support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform the support team so that appropriate measures can be applied. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
